Terms of Service

A fair deal for the room.

This page is the house rules for using Pariotics — the website, the in-room device, and the tools your team sees. We wrote it so a GM can read it once, not so a lawyer has to translate it. If you use the site or put a device in a room, you are agreeing to what follows.

The hotel is the customer

Your property buys or trials Pariotics. Guests just speak or tap. They never need an account, an app, or a password.

A request is a task, not content

Voice and taps exist to reach housekeeping, the desk, or engineering — not to be posted, sold, or turned into ads.

The signed paper wins

Price, rooms, and support live in your quote or order form. If that document and this page disagree, the signed one counts.

01Who this is for

We are Pariotics. We make a small voice-and-touch concierge for hotel rooms, this website, and a live view for the people who run the floor.

These terms cover three groups, and they are not the same:

  • Hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments — and the staff who install, trial, or run the device and dashboard.
  • Anyone browsing pariotics.com, sending the contact form, or emailing us.
  • Guests in a room with a device. They are using the hotel’s service. They are not opening a Pariotics account.

02Using the website

The public site is here so you can understand the product, read the journal, and talk to us. Screenshots, sample requests, and marketing lines are illustrations. They are not a promise that your property will see the same numbers on day one.

Please don’t copy, scrape, or frame the site in a way that makes it look like you built Pariotics. The name, the wordmark, and the photography are ours (or licensed to us).

03The device and the dashboard

In the room, a guest can ask for towels, a wake-up call, the lights, a taxi — by speaking or tapping. That ask becomes a tracked task for the right team. Managers can see what is open, what is late, and where the load sits.

We give the hotel a licence to use the hardware and software we supply, only at the locations named in your agreement, and only for guests and operations. You may not take the software apart, resell units as your own product, or run our software on hardware we did not approve.

  • Power, Wi-Fi, mounting, and hooking up lights or the PMS are on the hotel unless we wrote otherwise in a statement of work.
  • Languages, room controls, and routing only work as well as the setup, the property’s systems, and the people on shift.
  • A trial is there so both sides can see the fit. It is provided as available — not as a finished rollout.

04Please don’t

Use Pariotics the way it was meant: a guest asks, a team acts. Don’t use it to:

  • Harass staff or other guests, or to record private talk that is not a real service request.
  • Break into a device, a dashboard, or another hotel’s setup.
  • Send anything unlawful or misleading through the contact form or a ticket.
  • Pass our name, marks, or screenshots off as your own product.

05Logins belong to the hotel

Dashboard accounts are the hotel’s, not a guest’s. Keep them to people who need them. Tell us quickly if a login is stolen or shared by mistake. Anything done while logged in as the hotel, we treat as the hotel’s doing.

06Money, rooms, and updates

What you pay, for how long, for how many rooms, and what support you get — that is all in the quote, order form, or master agreement. Not on this webpage. Pay as that document says. If payment slips, we may pause new rooms until it is current.

We will keep the website and the firmware moving. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will post the new date here. Using the site after that date means you accept the new version. A signed hotel contract still beats this page where the two clash.

07What is ours, what is yours

The Pariotics name, the device, the software, and how we understand a request are ours or our partners’. Your guest records, your brand, and your property data stay yours. If you send us an idea to make the product better, we may use it. We won’t owe you a licence fee for that.

08What we can and cannot promise

We take care. We want the service up. This website is still offered as-is. For a paid rollout, any promise about hardware or uptime is only the one written in your commercial agreement — not a line from a landing page.

Some things sit outside what we can control: how fast a team walks down the hall, whether the PMS or the AC is talking to us, whether the hotel Wi-Fi held through the night. We are not on the hook for lost revenue, a bruised review, or knock-on damage from those. As far as the law allows, our liability for this website is capped at one hundred US dollars. For a paid deployment, it is capped at the fees you paid us for the rooms in question over the three months before the claim — unless your signed contract says something different.

09Law, and how to reach us

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to courts in India, except that we may ask a court anywhere to stop harm to guests or to the product.
